Happy to share with you my already 5th single this year. It has the beautiful name 'Anapana'. 9 years ago I learned Vipassana meditation at "Dhamma Joti" in Myanmar (formerly: Burma). Since 9 years I practice this meditation (almost) every morning. The Indian word 'Anapana' comes from Pali, an ancient Indian language. Translated, 'Ana' means "inhale" and 'Pana' means "exhale". This is about observing natural breathing. A technique that is about "concentrating" one's own mind. I may remember that for the first three days I had to practice only this technique for about 11 hours a day. This meant sitting with few breaks, concentrating on breathing and being silent, or let's call it meditating. My new single is inspired by this experience, which has stayed with me until today and taught me a lot.

'Anapana' is the last single before the release of the full EP, which will be out in a month, on September 24, 2021.
